Tiny home dreams.

I think I've finally figured out how I want my tiny home to generally look, and be laid out. My partner and I want it to be super comfortable and cozy but it has to have flair. We both love bright colors and unique quirks.

We want two lofts a Master loft on the back end and a little nook type loft on the front end that can serve as storage, a reading nook or a spare bedroom. The idea is to stretch a fishing net across the span between the two lofts to act as extra storage or a napping spot. The net will of course be removable, so one can enjoy the open living space if needed.

Another feature I would like if it's not too heavy, is a small roof top garden. I want to be able to access said garden from the Master loft.

I want leather floors in all the living spaces and small colorful tile in the bathroom.

We are also interested in using a small diameter spiral stair if we can fit it in. We want the cat to be able to access all parts of the house whenever he wants, and since he can't lift a ladder and put it in place that would be kinda hard for him to get up without climbing my walls.

Finally, I would like to use sheet rock instead of pine, I'm ok with the rustic look, but not for my own home.

I'm still thinking and have started the footprint for the tiny home in CAD. We are looking at a home that about 19 feet long and 8 feet wide all together. I'm very excited.
